The Swiss railway clock recognized as an international icon was designed in 1944 by Hans Hilfiker for use by the Swiss Federal Railways as a station clock.
Since then this iconic clock is manufactured in Switzerland by Moser-Baer.
In 1953, Hilfiker added a red second hand in the shape of the baton used by train dispatch staff.
The Canadian Maple Leaf clock is joint design between Mobatime and Time Sense
